Paisley Home Store, owned and operated by Ea Health, LLC, provides both physical products and digital products (eBooks / downloadable PDF files). This Shipping Information page explains how orders are processed and delivered depending on the type of product purchased.
Shipping Locations
Paisley Home Store currently ships within the United States only.
We may expand shipping to additional regions in the future.
Shipping Fees
For physical products, shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
The total order amount for physical products includes:
- Product price
- Applicable shipping fee
All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We do not apply hidden charges.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax: 0%
At this time, Paisley Home Store does not charge sales tax on orders.
Order Processing Time (Physical Products)
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Packaging preparation
- Dispatch to the shipping carrier
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Order Cutoff Time
Daily Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time (Physical Products)
Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 8–9 business days
Shipping time begins once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time: 10–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, and other logistical factors.
Tracking Information
Once a physical order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s tracking system.
Digital Product Delivery (eBooks / PDF Downloads)
For digital products purchased from Paisley Home Store:
- No shipping or physical delivery is required
- No shipping fees are charged
- No delivery taxes or additional shipping costs apply
Digital products are delivered electronically after payment is successfully completed.
Customers will receive access to the digital file through the website or via email instructions depending on the purchase method.
Delays & Exceptions
Paisley Home Store is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Carrier service interruptions or delays
- Weather events, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
- Customs or transportation disruptions
