1. Digital Products (eBooks / PDF Downloads)

Digital products sold on Paisley Home Store are delivered electronically. Customers are advised to carefully review the product title, description, edition, and language before placing an order.

After a successful purchase:

  • The digital product will typically become available for download within 2–5 minutes
  • A download notification email will also be sent to the customer’s email address used at checkout
  • Customers should check both their inbox and spam folder if the email is not immediately visible

2. Non-Refundable Situations for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, the following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Ordering the wrong book by mistake
  • Purchasing the same book multiple times
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description before ordering

These situations are considered customer-side purchasing decisions and do not qualify for refunds.


3. Download Issues

If you are unable to download the purchased digital product, please contact our support team.

4. Eligible Refund Situations for Digital Products

  • The book is a different edition than stated in the listing
  • The book content is significantly different from the product description
  • The book is delivered in a different language than advertised

If any of the above situations occur, customers should contact our support team with the relevant order information and a clear explanation of the issue.

After review, a refund may be approved at the discretion of Paisley Home Store.


5. Refund Processing for Digital Products

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Refund processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after the request has been reviewed and approved

The total time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card provider.


6. Returns for Physical Products

We accept returns for eligible physical products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging
  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.


7. Non-Returnable Items
